Our experience with jurisdictional authorities and sites across the country has provided us with a fundamental appreciation for the constant demands of national development. Services

Site Concepts:

• Develop Project “Due Diligence” Timeline and Process
• Identify Zoning Code Requirements and Restrictions
• Identify all permit requirements related to the site
• Public Utility Service Availability – Any utility extensions required?
• Utilize existing information such as boundary surveys, titlework, etc.
• Conceptual Site Plans
• Conceptual Cost Estimates
• Site Evaluation Report – if desired

Site Plan Approval:

• Establish and administer services related to Surveying, Geotechnical and Environmental consultants
• Prepare site plan submittal package in accordance with site plan drawing requirements as published in the current zoning code
• Site layout, utility, grading, drainage and erosion control plans
• Site lighting and landscaping plans
• Curb-cut design and detailing
• On-site storm water management analysis and design
• Prepare and submit site plan approval package
• Attend site plan approval and other public meetings
• Obtain preliminary reviews and comments from ALL Federal, State, County and Local Jurisdictions involved with this project

Site Construction Drawings:

• Prepare drawings, details, and specifications for use in construction and in obtaining site construction related permits

Site Permits Administration:

• Operate as the Primary Point of Contact for all site related permit applications during the review/approval process
• Complete permit applications and assemble permit packages for owner/rep signatures
• Submit permit packages to appropriate agencies
• Administer and monitor permit review process
• Provide weekly updates of permit status
• Expedite all permits whenever possible
